Join Nicky Marcus, an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as she shares proactive and reactive strategies for dealing with children’s behavior.  
Knowing and understanding the function of a behavior is vital to understanding the
most effective ways to change and shape behavior and help a learner grow.
