 Marketing & Events Manager

The Marketing & Events Manager (MEM) is an organized and creative leader focused on upholding CMFDL’s marketing strategy while planning meaningful and visible family events. The MEM evaluates the needs of the community and collaborates with staff and partners to meet those needs.  The MEM leads the development of promotional materials to effectively connect with the community and uphold the brand of CMFDL and its partners.  This role is responsible for leading data collection tasks to ensure effectiveness of marketing strategies.   The MEM serves on the staff leadership team to ensure the delivery of high-quality museum experiences that promote CMFDL’s mission, vision and core values.

Visitor Engagement Supervisor

As an important member of the Visitor Experience Team, the Visitor Engagement Supervisor (VES) serves as a primary interface with museum visitors.  The VES supports CMFDL’s marketing and communication efforts while sharing information about museum offerings.  This position interacts with customers and colleagues in a way that is Welcoming, Helping, Friendly, Fun, Proactive & Safe.  Primary tasks involve processing admissions, memberships and program registration, supporting special events, maintaining cleanliness of the museum/exhibits and guiding playmaker staff (with the support of the Visitor Experience Manager).
