Visitor Experience & Events Manager

Creates opportunities for exceptional visitor experiences by fostering meaningful guest engagement, collaborating with the management team to plan and execute museum-wide events, and overseeing exhibit and facility maintenance and enhancement projects. Serves as a member of the leadership team to advance high-quality museum experiences while modeling and promoting CMFDL's WHFF&P (Welcoming, Helping, Friendly, Fun, and Proactive) service standards.
