Museums For All-A Discounted Membership Opportunity*

The Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac offers over 200 learning programs and over 20 areas of play for child development and growth. The Museums for All program enables CMFDL to achieve its vision of serving all children and families regardless of their ability to pay admissions, membership or program fees.

Since 2007, funding from this program has supported concentrated outreach efforts to low-income families and provided opportunities for our youth, supporting their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. Click for Museums For All Membership Request Form 

*Individuals on a form of public assistance, such as WIC, Quest, BadgerCare and other, may qualify for this discounted Membership.  Please complete the request form to see if you may qualify to begin your learning through play experience at CMFDL.
