Private Events, Meetings or Presentations

Reservations include use of one or multiple Museum spaces.

Rates:

  • Gnewuch Family FLEX Auditorium: $50 per hour
  • Classroom(s): $50 per hour
  • Museum Before/After Regular Hours: $300 for 2 hours-includes use of WinnePlaygo, Museum Play Space & Classrooms upon request.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Sunday fee: $150 per 2 hours (includes 2 staff)
  • Early Museum Closure:  $100 per hour-requires approval of the Executive Director/CEO
  • AV Set-up (FLEX Auditorium only): $25 per reservation
  • Kitchen Use: $30 per reservation
  • Additional CMFDL Staff: $30 per hour

*For reservations, an adult to child ratio of 1:5 is required. If unable to meet this supervision requirement, a paid staff member will be provided for a fee.

*Deposit of $50 (non-refundable) or full payment is required at time of booking to hold your reservation. The deposit is meant to hold your space so that no other reservation can be made for the same date/time/space.

*For all reservations, rooms are cleaned and ready for use.  We ask that the room is left in the condition it was found.  CMFDL reserves the right to charge an additional $25 cleaning fee if the room needs to be cleaned after your reservation.
