GROUP RATES: All rates are per individual, regardless of membership status.
- Up to 25 individuals: $225
- Up to 40 individuals: $325 (includes use of both private gathering rooms)
- Up to 80 individuals: $500 (includes use of both private gathering rooms)
Additional Information
- An additional $150 fee will be added to all evening and Sunday reservations.
- For reservations, an adult to child ratio of 1:5 is required. If unable to meet this supervision requirement, a paid staff member will be provided for a fee.
- Deposit of $50 (non-refundable) or full payment is required at time of booking to hold your reservation. The deposit is meant to hold your space so that no other reservation can be made for the same date/time/space. Members receive a $25 discount on birthday booking.
- For all reservations, rooms are cleaned and ready for use. We ask that the room is left in the condition it was found. CMFDL reserves the right to charge an additional $25 cleaning fee if the room needs to be cleaned after your reservation.
